I love thanksgiving for the meaning behind if of giving thanks for all our blessings but I hate the food sometimes. More than anything the fat on meat I am hacking away at it. |

You can make healthier choices for your thanksgiving foods. Turkey itself is a very healthy meat, so you could just avoid the worst of the choices. Not everything has to be swimming in fat. |

I see many people every holiday season that never make the smart choices when eating their feast. I try to be a picky eater myself as I need to loose a little weight but I do love the ham, its so tempting. |

I am thinking I will try to avoid the ham this year it seems no matter how the uncle cuts it, he always ends up giving everyone a ton of the fat. I might just learn to love turkey. |

I have some extra weight that the holidays have helped me to put on but I will be back to the gym in no time burning it off. Ah the holidays so fulfilling. |
