I know many people talk about JITB (Jack in the Box) as being one of the worst fast food places out there. What are some of the others? Not all fast foods, but the foods we consume the most that are in fact the worst.

I haven't thought about which fast food places are worst. I think that the simple rule is that if it is convenient, its not good for you.

I don't want to be too specific but some time ago I bought some fast food chicken and it was really disgusting, they offered barbecue chicken, but it seemed like it was fried chicken with barbecue sauce on it, it was awful.

I have noticed over the years the few times I will FF eat, that BK for example their dough smells like play dough. I am not sure if its just my sniffer but certain places just seem different that I remember them being.

There's no way I would eat a roll that smelled like play dough! There's definitely something up with that!

I would guess that KFC is pretty bad, taking nice and healthy chicken and drowning it in oil.

Is all processed food nasty for the body or is that just some tale made up from someone? I hear that more than just the normal "fast food is bad" stuff.

Whomever came up with the idea for fast food is a very rich man or woman. It is a little sad to see how easily we can all be suckered in to this way of eating.
