Is there one? I know we hear a great deal about 3rd and 4th world countries that do not have the means as many others do to treat their sick. Is there one country that stands out about all the rest that we should be focusing our aid on?

I know that of all industrialised nations, the USA is one of the sickest, most overweight, and with the worst records for health care. Maybe we should focus our effort on making home work first.

Very well said, 2Ronnies. Third world countries spend a lot less on healthcare. Yes, part of that is because the healthcare is not available. However, just think how much more the USA could do to help other countries if her citizens weren't spending so much money to avoid having to live a healthy life.

Enough said Missy, I agree. America seem to have so much that we don't even realize the privileges that we have that other countries only dream about and has to pay a fortune to access it.

I notice we always spend tons on other places and not here and while I do agree, I am just wondering besides screwing ourselves, are we overlooking another place that really does need it?
