How true is it that stress can cause you headaches? And if it is true, how can you avoid it or help ease them when the stress cannot be avoided? |

I think that most times its the tension that causes them, at least for me thats the case. It ends up stiffening my neck muscles which end up with a headache towards the back of my head. |

Are stress and tension headaches the same or are they in different spots? I would always love to know why when you cry your sinuses freak out and your nose could be cleared (if it was clogged before) but you get that nasty headache afterwards?? |

I have one of those bean bag things that you heat up and use around the neck. I love those when I start to feel a headache coming on and they work quick. |

Do not stress? I know easier said than done right. We all get stressed sometimes but we need to remember what is important in life and worry about the big things, not the little ones. |

Stress definitely causes headaches for me and some of those headaches have turned into migraines. I also get a headache if I cry. I can't even watch sad movies these days. |
