Does anyone use slimfast much?

I don't drink it at all. I have a couple of friends who do drink it. I think it's chaulky. These 2 actually freeze it- and then drink it like a shake.

I have used slimfast in the past. However, I didn't feel like its for me. Made me more hungry when I was drinking it. Yes it's kinda chaulky so freezing it helps.

I have done the shakes at lunches when I worked 12's in the ED, but other than that I stay away from them. I never did them to try to lose weight or anything like that, I just needed something I could eat quickly to get some calories and get on with the day.

I have a friend who used Slim Fast to lose weight for her wedding. She had so many digestive issues while on it and after she swears it ate her stomach and digestive tract or something. I've never been big on shakes for meal replacements although the crunchy peanut butter bars are amazing, kind of like a butter finger but not.

I have tried slimfast. It gave me headaches. I think the taste is fine but I didn`t lose any weight and I don`t like headaches.

I hate the stuff and don't use it. However, when my father used it many years ago, while also being on a hospital medical program, it worked wonders for him.

I have drank it in the past and liked it quite well. The flavor was good, especially the strawberry! But, it didn't really do much for helping me lose weight. I felt like I was just enjoying milk shakes all day instead of dieting.
