Subject: | Road side food places | |
I have seen some small shops sell food like maybe a small vendor, not affiliated with the store but rents a small place to sell home made foods. Should places like these make sure all ingredients are listed for those purchasing the food? I have only ate at one once, and it was good but thinking about it now I doubt I would eat there or elsewhere again just b/c I am eating things I do not know. |

I don't think it needs to be an issue. Usually the people selling the food are more than happy to tell you what the put in it when it comes to potential allergies or religious restrictions. Too much regulation has a way of putting these poor people out of business. Not because they are doing anything wrong but an excess of rules make it too much trouble to even bother. |

I was going more for the listing calorie and nutrition content as well and I know its not something to mandatory do from one state to another but I guess I was just thinking if they had it, more people might stop and take a bite. Some are really good and I have heard stories of the bad places but most I know that pass them up only do it since they have no idea whats really in it. |
