Subject: | Rashes and exertion | |
Have you ever heard of getting rashes on parts of your body from exertion and/or heat? I was reading about this a little the other day and that it was possible. It seemed to indicate that you could get rashes and hives even that way. It didn't really prescribe any way of handling it, just that it was possible to get it. |

I know you can get heat rashes as I have experienced that before. My parents use to get them as well. |

Yes I know you can. I know if I'm wearing tight clothes- or even lose clothes and I'm over exerting myself and getting sweaty- I break out in a rash in that area- where the clothes are rubbing. |

I too have gotten heat rashes from running long distances in hot weather. What I get are more like petichii (just small little dots of broken capillaries). |

Rashes are very common in the heat where you have prolonged exposure to sweat and sweaty clothing rubbing on your skin. Yet another reason why I want to lose weight. |

This is all really interesting. Is there any way of treating these rashes, or do you just let them run their course? |
