I'm running on empty again right now, and have another month of this kind of pace to cope with yet. I need something besides caffeine to keep me going. Have you ever tried the 5 hour energy shots? |

Any of the so-called energy drinks and products can produce a rather severe backlash when they wear off. I would try increasing the amount of protein and complex carbohydrates in your daily diet, especially in the earlier parts of the day. |

I remember I tried something when I was working a ton of doubles a couple of years ago. The after issues I had made me never want to touch the stuff again. |

I will drink coffee for a boost on rare occasion and it is just a one day thing when I do. A whole month? I'm with the rest of them here. Stay away from the energy drinks. A month on that would lead to a big crash for me. |

I think really other than decent sleep nothing will really get you through this time. None of the things most do can last for that length of time without having some wear and tear on the body and maybe the mind too. |
