Subject: | Ow pain | |
Threw my back out over the weekend and still have some pains. You would think with me still being young I would learn to work proper and not overwork myself picking up things the wrong way. Does anyone know from the random times of throwing a back up, how much it effects you later in life? |

Everyone is different, but just try and not do more damage to yourself. Too many young people can't imagine that they can ever get to the point when they simply can't do something physical. If you continue to work improperly and keep doing damage to your muscles and joints, who knows when you will finally strain or sprain something that won't heal completely. From then on it's just more and more damage. |

I was blessed with a bad back from the beginning. I am 29 now and throw my back out all the time, and suffer chronic pain even when I don't. I couldn't tell you how throwing your back out will effect you later in life, but you should rest now and stay off your feet as much as possible while your back heals. |

I would suggest starting an exercise plan that focuses on strengthening your back - Yoga can be great for back injuries. |
