I hear when you think negative then negative things happen so is mind over matter always right? Can you always change your mood with what you are thinking? |

I think anything is possible with a little hard work and maybe some blessings never hurt either. Isn't this why we send people get better cards? |

Sure, if you have a negative outlook on things then you will not even appreciate the good things in life as much. I have family members who are very negative and even when something good happens they criticize it and wonder when the next bad thing is going to happen to them. |

I do believe in the power of positive thought also! Basically, I think that when I expect good things to come, they do...and when I am going around with a storm cloud over my head, the rain will follow. |

What is it, misery loves company or something to that note? It is all in the mind, or what is what they keep telling me. |

I do not think you can always change it but you can always lighten the load if anything. Sometimes just having a good giggle will help to get your through the most horrid days at work, I know, trust me. |
