Subject: | Liposuction in your lunch hour | |
I saw this on the TV last night you can now book in for lipo in your lunch break and go back to work and even exercise that day! Would you do this or would it worry you? |

Any surgery you can go back to work from would worry me. This shows a lack of concern for aftercare that i think will lead to increased infections. Infection is one of the main issues to worry about with liposuction to begin with and this out patient version i think will encourage doctors to think less about it considering its supposed to be quick and easy. Taking anything out of the body should not be approached with a quick and easy mentality. |

I wouldn't do that on a bet. So many things can go wrong with any surgery, no matter how minor. If someone really thinks it's necessary to have liposuction then take a few days off from work and have it done properly. |

How can this be done so quickly. I was always of the mind that lipo was a serious surgical process. |

I think that many people have begun to opt out of a healthy lifestyle and take the easy way out with lipo. This is going to make the problem that much worse. Lipo isn't going to make them any healthier, just look skinnier. |
