My kids love soft drinks and I wanted to convert them to juices which is a little better than soft drinks. Does anyone know the best ones to try. |

I would go with a juice that is 100% juice, no corn syrup. Once they are on juice I would suggest starting to water down the juice. Start with 3 parts juice 1 part water, up it until they complain, and then hold at that point for a few weeks, and then start watering it down more. |

I've heard that also about Motts juices. Good luck it will definitely be a good thing if you are able to convert them to juice drinkers. |

remember you can always add some seltzer to give a fizz to ease them into it if they balk. One thing you do have to watch out for with juices. most juices are also high in carbohydrates. a single 8 ouce glass of orange jucie can be between 27 and 35 gvramns of carbohydrate. sometimes worse for oyu if yoru concerned about other problems. j |

Softdrinks is not good for their health. I agree of giving juices in assorted flavors. Or you can make a juice and transferred it in a can or bottle of softdrinks. |

Have you thought about letting them juice their own fruits? That may get them a little more interested in it. |
