Subject: | Job Stress | |
With the current economic crisis and many people losing or worried about losing their jobs what can you do to beat the stress? Where I work the rhetoric from the top is not encouraging at times. I get a lot of regular exercise and it helps. |

I find exercise a great way to beat the stress also. I enjoy long walks, with my ipod on. I try very hard to leave the job behind , also, when I walk into my home. Easier said than done, I know. |

Leaving the job at the office is a must when you work in a call centre like I do. I exercise regularly and try to eat right but leaving the work at work is the real biggie for me. When I punch out I try not to give any of it another thought until I punch back in tomorrow. |

I work at home, so it can be hard to leave the stress at the office. I do close my office door and do not go back into the office after I am through working for the day. I play computer games sometimes just to get my mind off of work or watch a funny show such as AFV. |
