Subject: | Is it the environment? | |
Nowadays, it is very easy for me to fall sick compared to a few years ago. I can easily get cold, fever, running nose, sore throat etc. I was wondering whether it is the badly polluted environment or is it age is catching up with me? |

In fact, I think that it can be both age and environment. In another post you said you rarely exercise. That also might be a reason that you tend to get so many illnesses lately. Exercise also helps your system to fight off infections that you might catch from others. Also make sure that you wash your hands a lot and try to keep your hands away from your face. That is also supposed to be a good first step in keeping from catching germs and letting them get into your system to make you sick |

It's probably not the environment. It could be stress, allergies, wrong place at the wrong time, or a combination. |

I don`t get sick often. I take vitamins every day and try to eat healthy. But I do indulge in my chocolate. One thing I do have a problem with is sinus headaches. They last for two or three weeks. |

Taking vitamins will help fight against getting sick with colds more often. It could be any number of reasons you are getting sick more often. |

Pollution can't be helping and aging won't work in your favor either. You should look at your whole lifestyle though. If you are not getting sufficient exercise and aren't eating right that would do more harm than the issues you brought up. |

It is probably a little of both, but as others have said, there are more factors to look at before you can say it is just one or the other. |

It could be both, but my guess I would lean more to the environment if you asked me. |
