Subject: | Hobby Therapy | |
Its probably been covered before, but I cant find it. I am a firm bel;eiver in diversion, hobby therapy. If the day gets too much, ditch teh day and do somethning creative. That coudl be going fishing, swimming, crafting, sewing, working on something. I think one thing that many people are experiencing is anxiety because they have to work and thats what their life revolves aournd. Hence more heart attacks. Skipping out ona day may be just the ticket to preventing aheart attack or stroke. j |

I agree with this idea totally. I like to make homemade soy candles and I find it very relaxing. Sometimes when stress is about to get the best of me I just whip out my wax, scents, wicks, and containers and get to work. This is a very calming craft that I enjoy very much. |

I think everyone needs a hobby, and it does not matter what it is, so long as it diverts you from the things that may be stressing you, it can work wonders. |
