Changes in the weather can cause pains in old breaks or other deep wounds and flare ups of arthritis, etc. This is usually caused by the change in barometric pressure that comes with a storm front. |

I know that during the colder months or prolonged periods of rain that I tend to get a bit depressed. It is really normal and you really have to try and keep active during these times. Winter is really hard on me because of spending so much time stuck inside. |

I get very angry and moody during the summer. That's because my eyes are very sensitive to light. On cloudy, rainy days I'm really happy. On the other hand, rainy days also effect the arthritis in my knees and makes my sinuses very bad. |

I seem to be more irritable during the summer weather but also have a tendency to become depressed during the winter months. Lol maybe it should just stay Spring or Fall. |

I do believe the weather does play a huge part in how we feel everyone is happier in the sun but then gets moody if it is too hot. |
