Subject: | Goat's Milk | |
I know this has been used for many babies that could not handle cow's milk but later grew out of that issue. What about adults, do many still drink this if they can not handle cows milk and if you can not have cows milk does that mean a person can not eat beef either? |

When people cannot have cows milk there are two reasons for it. The first is an allergy to milk protein, and the other a lactose intolerance. If you are allergic, you may grow out of it. Normally by about three years old. If you are intolerant to the lactose, you likely won't-that gets worse with older age, and few are born with it. Neither are in beef so yes you can eat it. But goat's milk would not be a complete baby food, instead a formula of some sort is likely to be used. The goats milk can come in at the same age as plain cow milk would come into any other baby's diet. |
