Okay I have issues with them. I am the one that runs around the house with the can of stuff spraying the doors down when I know someones been sick recently. If we have any jewelry people here I would love to know, how do you clean what you wear (necklace, etc) after you have been sick to make sure there are no germies left, or are there ever any to start with? |

Germs won't live for long on a hard surface generally, so take it off and leave it a day. Put it in strong sun light for good measure. I don't worry though. My jewellery-my germs. If I got over the illness, I'm now immune, so I won't worry. You need contact with germs, children especially or they won't develop a good immune system. |

There is a lot of speculation that overdoing it on the germ killing and bacteria killing products is simply causing the germs to adapt and evolve into ones that can't be killed so easily. |

So then its better to leave germs all over your house and office so that you are better with them and them with you? That just seems kind of nasty when thinking about it. |

So if overdoing it is bad and under doing it leads to being sick all the time what is the good medium. I am not saying I am going to break out the old toothbrush on hands and knees to scrub the entire house, but I do want to be safe. |

I am not one to over or under clean but sometimes there are products out there which can be really harsh. I know when I had to clean out an old storage area whatever we were using we had an area well ventilated but the fumes almost killed me. |
