I know that too much is a bad thing but so is having too little in your diet. How do you find the right balance? |

I find that as long as I am eating a good range of healthy foods then this is not a problem. I eat a lot of green and leafy vegetables, as well as rice and so on, and everything works as it should do! |

Too much fiber may make you have looser stools and cause gas and/or cramping. Generally speaking, I would go with what DanaS says - if "everything works as it should do" then you are fine. |
