to prevent me from over indulging in stupid food as I call it..I like teh colossal high pro bars that taste like oreos.... yeah they really do. i also like the south beach snack bars in tehhealthfood section not the cookie section and Balance Gold bars caramel nut taste like a snickers.....

these are balanced and provide vitamins.. whcih is a good thing. tehy also sait a sweet tooth without guilt.

you can cut them up and mix them into carb snmart ice cream for a great treat too..

i like these becaus ethey taste real no bitter undertaste or healthfood medicicnal taste..

i am however always looking to try new products.. any suggestions???

I really like the protein bars made by Special K. I keep a stock of them in my kitchen for those "time of the month" cravings. They make me feel like I am cheating and overindulging, but they are actually pretty healthy.

are they high in protein and fiber.. i ahve seen them in the store but neverpaid much attention.. I like special K high pro cereal......

I don't think I have ever had any that tasted good, most end up being really sweet for my taste buds and I don't eat them too much.

I eat tiger milk protein bars. They taste great and give you a boost of engery which I really like a lot.
