I know that mascara can blind a person (or so I have been told many times over) if it gets into your eyes, but what about eyeliner? This is something I have wondered for a good while now and no one seems to know the answer.

I haven't heard that, not for either of them, and honestly if that was the case I would be blind by now. You just get an irritated eye, that's all.

I have never heard that mascara or eyeliner can blind you. Are you sure that's the case, because if it was then the relevant authorities wouldn't allow it to be so widely used even by young teens who may be using it without permission.
