When I started my "healthy makeover" some years ago, I made every effort to include exercise in my lifestyle. Now I'm a regular gym rat, which is amazing for me! I really like taking aerobics classes and working out an elliptical machine. Does anyone else have any exercise activities they enjoy? |

I started walking everywhere years ago. I find that walking not only keeps me healthy, but it also helps me save money since I don't waste money on gas or on public transportation. It is also the one form of exercise that I know will do me great good as I get older. If I continue to walk, I will be able to still walk in my old age. I am looking forward to that! |

Anyway at that moment i put away teh ocffee grabbed a yogurt and ahve been doing exercise every mornning. I went for an interview wiht my DM and I was counting sunglasses and my knees locked. When i got home they swelled up. So I thought I will work them and work teh kink out, it got worse. and worse. and now, lo and behold that wa steh worstthing I could have done exercise veryday. NowI cant take a ddep breath and i can do muchw ith my knees. They say it will atke bout threemonths for the damage ot alleviate itself. Here I want to get healthy and my body rebels.... j |

That can happen so many times to people. I would only start out with maybe 2 to 3 times a week. That way you are not over doing it. |

I love walking, it gives me exercise plus it de-stresses me, I normally walk and talk to myself or others so it works pretty well for me. I do other exercise which I find painful, so I don't really enjoy them, just the result of having a nice shaped body and feeling healthy. |

I love exercising, but I don't get to do it as much as I would want to. I normally leave it until I have some time available, but that does not happen very often. I plan to change this though. |
