I had to drink this for the past few days as I am not keeping many things down and a friend recommended it. While it is not that nice to my pocket being like $8.00 for a 6 pack it has been pretty decent to me so far. Anyone else try this stuff?

I've never had to use the stuff personally but I think its great that its available for those that need it. I've never been sick for long enough to need it.

I had it a few times when my mom was sick and had to drink it because she couldn't have solids, it's nice, but as you said , it's a bit pricey.

The smell is okay for the vanilla and strawberry (more for the vanilla) but it does take sometime getting used to. I think the smell was only a bad mix from the med's I am on right now, but it did help to give me some extra energy.

What is the texture like? Is it a thick drink, does it in any way help to stop you feeling so ravenously hungry?

It really is not as thick as I would have thought, not nearly as much as some cough syrups are but it does work pretty well. During the days when I could not eat I could have anywhere from 4-6 of them (with water between just for being thirsty) and it tided me over quite well.
