How do you equate emotional health with physical well being? Are there occasions that you find yourself ailing because of something else occurring in your life that is hurting you emotionally? |

I believe that emotional health is very much related to physical health; in fact, there have been much research done proving that very thing. If a person is happy and excited about things happening around them they are more involved, thus more physically active. If a person is depressed, they often do not eat properly which takes a toll on their health. Stress and anger both not only affect a person's blood pressure but also their blood sugar. I believe that on many instances we are masking physical symptoms with medication instead of dealing with the emotional issues behind them. |

Whenever I have an emotional problem I normally get physically sick, all kinds of stuff happens. I therefore try to avoid worrying and any other stressful situations. |

I think sometimes mood can change many things, including how something thinks and acts. I also see many people that seem to have this issue (overly expressive and emotional) but end up using it to get too much attention. :( |

Stress causes many physical symptoms so any stress can cause issues. Depression causes physical symptoms because it causes stress on the mind and the body. |
