Subject: | Do the tissues with lotion really help? | |
I have a terrible cold and have blown my nose so much that it is all red and sore - I look like Rudolph the Red-nosed Reindeer right about now. I only had Scotties tissues so that's what I've been using. I'm thinking of going to get something a bit more kind to my nose this afternoon. Is there any that are better than others? |

I have allergies and love Puff Plus, they have saved my nose more than once, and recently made a huge difference for my 18-mo-old daughter. The tissues they were using in her daycare caused her nose to be red and painful, but using the Puffs only in the week she was home cleared it up. |

I Love Puffs! And I am not ashamed to say I will pay more for them. Sometimes your nose can only take so much but the lotion at least for me does help to keep the irritation down to a smaller level. |

When my nose gets that bad I end up soaking it with a wash cloth around it to try and get some moisture at least on the outside of my nose, sprays also work but I never do well with them. |

The lotion tissues really do work. When I get a really bad cold where my nose is running all day long I need them. I will pay the extra for them then. Normally though I stick with the cheap ones. blowing my honker once in awhile doesn't require that kind of care. |

I've found honestly that if my nose is already sore and red then they don't do a lot. But if I use them from the start then yes, they stop me getting that way. |

They work for most I know but we all agree, the price should be cheaper. Noses are important and sometimes the price is a little steep for these. |

Anything that is super dry will hurt more. Sometimes when bath tissue is used you can get away with things like that charmine stuff, but those cheapy (scotts I think?) tissues that are almost as rough as real paper.....those just make it horrid. |

I love the tissues with lotion. My nose still gets sore if I have a bad cold, but the ones with lotion definitely feel better than a regular tissue. |
