We are at the end of daylight saving time for this year so things are back to normal. How did the change affect you this year? |

It always throws my sleep patterns off for a few days but that's no big deal. The worst for me is that I think I have a slight case of seasonal affective disorder. I always tend to get more depressed after the time falls back and it's dark so early. I sleep more overall, too. |

Bring it on. I don't see why we need to still be making the change each year now. Who came up with this silly idea in the first place anyway and what was it supposed to achieve? |

I ended up not being on time for it and for I think the first time in my life it really wore me out in general. I don't know whats wrong with me but I feel really lazy since the time changed. |

Its great again, I just love that the time of year is changing. This is my favourite time of year, so this is always a thing I look forward to as it heralds the coming winter. |

I am an early morning person so it doesn't matter whether or not it is daylight saving time, I still rise early in the morning, so it doesn't affect me significantly. |

I do not mind the extra hour that we get each time, but still getting used to it being almost pitch black dark when I am driving home from work is still something that is trying my patience with night vision issues. |
