Subject: | Changing Eye Color | |
I have a friend whose eye color changes from green to almost a hazel depending on what she wears. What causes this? I have heard of it before but this is the first I'd ever seen it. I thought she had contacts on but she didn't. It was incredible how different the colors were just because of what she wore. |

I have never heard of this before and would be interested to find out what causes this myself. |

IT is the type of light reflected that makes the eyes APPEAR to change color. |

I would have to agree with her true eye color being a brown/hazel. However there are times when the actual color can change. Between three months and six years it is common for a child's eye color to change. It can also fade with age or change based on the pigment's reaction to a certain type of light. |

Light reflection and the color of the clothes she wears makes her eyes look like they change color. The eyes don;t really change it just appears that way. My eyes are like that too depending on the colors around me. |
