What are things that can be done to strengthen your heart outside of just exercise? |

My doctor told me making sure you eat well can help. I do not know about that, but that what he told me. |

I don't really know. I would think exercise would be the best way. Have you checked with your doctor. |

Cardiovascular exercise is a great way to strengthen the heart, as well as eating certain foods like nuts and fish oils. |
