Subject: | Beer reduces risk of Cancer. | |
Stumbled across this article today. http://healthandfitness.sympatico.msn.ca/HealthyLiving/NEWContentPosting_TheSoko?newsitemid=thesoko-2354&feedname=THESOKO_V2&show=False&number=0&showbyline=True&subtitle=&detect=&abc=abc&date=False&paginationenabled=false I'm sure some of the guys will be disappointed that this is talking about marinating food to be cooked with beer rather than marinating oneself. |

Lol, I like the idea of marinating myself right now. I think that would improve my mood a great deal. I like food cooked in beer, I should take it up again. |

The only thing I have had dowsed in beer (besides myself) are Maryland crabs (from the Chesapeake) and thats it. For stomach cancer hmmm, why is it beer is good but things like whiskey are not (the % of alkie?)?? |

Beer has the yeast in it too, maybe its something to do with that. I've had stews and gravy with beer in them. The Guinness based gravies are just wonderful let me tell you! |

I have drank Guinness before but it was never sipped from inside a stew before. I will need to keep that one handy for the next time we have a potluck! |

Is this only alcoholic with beer or any type of alcohol? I am curious since I know some people that cook with it but not so much with beer as regular alcohol. |
