Subject: | Bad relationships | |
I feel that many times people and we all know some of them, end up going into bad relationships like a train set on a course and never planning to alter it. I really wish that people would realize how awful this can really be. It seems that people do not notice how it can effect everyones well being, physical and mental. |

I have a family member who used to be this way. She was in to one bad relationship after another. It wasn't until her children were grown that she realized how much damage she was doing to herself and her children. |

As a victim of domestic abuse, I can empathize with those who are or have been in bad relationships. Once you have been in an abuse relationship, it is easy to convince yourself that this is what you deserve. I spent many years in therapy trying to undue the damage done by an abusive spouse. |

I never try to assume I know what is going on with another person as its hard since I would not be able to walk a mile in their shoes but yes this is a wide spread problem. |
