Subject: Acne

Currently, I am having an outbreak of acne (at the age of 28!). Is there any natural or other type of remedy that you have had success with?

I've been under a lot of stress lately so I think that may have something to do with it!

Yes, stress can cause acne. I know that when I am under alot of stress I tend to breakout. I just wash my face and try not to touch my face either.

It is true that stress can cause a breakout. I wouldn't suggest you use any topical creams but rather try to reduce the source of your stress. I also suggest just washing your face more often.

Stress, eating habits, and sleeping habits have a lot to do with acne.

Stop stressin' out, take a break and try to enjoy life. :)

To get rid of your acne, be sure to wash your face daily with face wash or hand soap. Wash it in the morning, mid-day if you can, and at night before you go to sleep.

You should get some face wash pads as well. I use Equate Acne Pads and they work very well.

Also, for fast relief, definitely check out AcneFree acne and blackhead terminator cream (use it at night before you go night night), and it'll work great. :)

Yes, I did try ProActive and it was way to strong. My face got all red, tight and itchy. It was terrible. Thankfully, they have a money back guarantee. I definitely would not recommend it if you have sensitive skin.

I've heard that taking zinc can help. Has anyone heard of this?

Try washing your pillow and pillow covers. Wash your face with a soap-free cleanser.

Don't drink soda/soft drink (very high sodium content) and avoid processed foods (again, high sodium contents).

You'll find your skin will start clearing up
