Do you ever doubt the drugs that you are taking? I always worry about the side effects since many times I have ended up being one of the few that tends to get all the nasty ones from most drugs I take, so sometimes I am skeptical.

I always read the information on side effects that is provided with my various medications but, truthfully never concerned myself with them. After all the majority of them, especially the more severe, are rare in most cases. That changed the night my sister was rushed to the emergency room with swelling in her tongue and throat and almost had to receive a tracheotomy. The drug was Premarin. My sister is unable to take any of the estrogen hormone replacement drugs available on the market currently. Since this time I have been extremely aware of all medication side effects.

I think the first time I took it serious is when a friend had a reaction similar to the one you just mentioned. It scared me as a teen and after that and my own issues I came to realize better safe than sorry.

I don't always trust them, as a matter of fact, I try to read the fine prints and maybe I should stop doing that because it leaves me feeling so worried afterwards.

There are many side effects that could happen but most times from what I am told that happens to only a select few. Very few times have I ever gotten the bad side effects (the ones that leave you worse off).
