Subject: | Chantix Question | |
Can this react with other things badly? I know that those who have taken Cymbalta are told not to drink as it reacts odd, but what about stop smoking drugs, would it be the same? |

Chantix can cause drowsiness and lack of concentration so anything that can increase that effect should be avoided, including alcohol. It has been known to cause the need for dosing adjustment for those who are insulin dependent as well as those on blood thinners like Warfarin or Coumadin. Always check with the pharmacist about possible interactions, not the doctor. The doctor quite often is unaware. |

I would rather assume that all drugs can react with all drugs rather than taking a chance on it. I know some do not, but most do isn't that enough for everyone to know better? |
