Hmm, I have never heard of this particular drug. I will have to research it a bit and see what they list as the side-effects. I am currently looking for something to aid me in quitting smoking and I do not believe I would be interested knowing it may possibly have side-effects such as this. |

Each person who takes a new drug should see how they react to it before they drive or do anything that might bring on an accident. This drug is a non nicotine drug and looks like it works like a drug for mental health problems. All the side effects seem to be about depression or nightmares or suicidal thoughts. It doesn't look like a drug that you take and not think about. Drugs react differently on different people and each person needs to take some responsibility and not drive before you know what it does to you. |

I have heard of it but not until lately have the bad side effects been coming out in the news about it. This like well over a year later. Does these mean seldom they tested had these issues, or were they not studied long enough? |

Normally it seems when side effect come out so long after a drug is FDA approved that they studied it but either not long enough or not enough specifically for the bad side effects. Kind of like the birth control patch. They focus on the good things and worry about the bad catching up later. |

They actually reported that this particular stop smoking drug was causing heart attacks. Apparently news worthy enough they must be using something different |

I heard a story about a man who commited suicide on this drug. It may or may not be related. His family swears it was the medication. |
