AIDS and HIV medications

What medications are out there right now for people living with HIV and AIDS? And any information on them?

I know back in the day when my mom was diagnosed (15+ yrs ago) that the only real medication, I'm aware of, was called AZT.

	There are a lot of alternatives out there now along with a lot of alternative medicines that people have been using. People are still dying with AIDS but more often than not they are LIVING with AIDS. It's a horrible disease and I would love to see someone come up with a cure but the virus mutates so fast, I'm not sure they will ever be able to come up with anything.
