I went walking this last weekend and I wound up with two feet full of blisters. Now I'm hobbling around trying to use band-aids on the blisters but it's not keeping the pressure off. What do you use? Does anyone have any better suggestions?

I try to wear something that won't give me feet full of blisters. If I have good footwear on I rarely get blisters. If I get blisters I rarely get more than one on my foot. Once I get them I will use band-aids and that is just to protect them a little. They just have to heal on their own.

I have always stocked up on the big pads of gauze. I am accident prone sometimes and this way I can use them for just about anything. Pick some up along with some medical tape and it works wonders.

There is a product from Band-Aid brand that is a blister cover. It has a type of gel in it and it really helps out with open blisters. It pretty much keeps them moist until they can heal. I have used them and they work quite well.
