Subject: | Throat surgery | |
I had voluntary surgery last weekend to make swallowing easier (a stroke deficit), and I would highly recommend it to anyone that has a swallowing disorder. It is a pretty new procedure, but I would check it out if either you or a loved one can benefit. |

This sounds interesting and helpful to people with certain conditions. Can you elaborate a little more with exactly what the surgery entails? |

I've never heard of this before. How exactly do they make it easier to swallow? Seems like a hard thing to do. Do they make your throat bigger or something? |
