Subject: | SVT and Exercise Response | |
I've had SVT for some time and because I was coping ok and the attacks were not too frequent I chose to not take beta blockers. Now I've found recently a pattern-I don't have attacks if I am exercising recently. Why might this be? |

Maybe the exercise reduces the level of something in the blood that upsets you-maybe sugar? Have you had your blood sugar levels checked during the attacks-or thought of other factors like that? |

I would think something like this would speed things up rather than calm them down.....unless its all about the blood circulation and nothing else. I could be mistaken here of course. |

Exercise can effect people in different ways. With many people it causes a rise in blood pressure, my blood pressure lowers when I exercise. |
