I woke with something that looks like little bites, all circle and fairly small. It seems almost like a rash but the circles are bigger than those of a normal rash. It does not itch but it does not look like it will go away anytime soon either.

You should have your doctor look at it, not to alarm you but my mom had some rash recently and it turned out to be quite a big deal, she was even admitted. It may be nothing in your case, but if it doesn't go away in a few days, you should check it out.

Definitely have it looked at, especially if it starts to spread or the sores start opening and appear to become infected. This may be nothing but serious infections can often start out as nothing.
