Subject: | Sinus cold | |
I mentioned in a previous post that I was coming down with something. I got a massive head cold. I rarely get something like this during this time of year. Is there anything natural out there that will bring down the inflammation. I'm not into taking a whole lot of regular over the counter pain killers. |

I usually use a saline solution to wash out my sinuses along with an allergy medication and if that doesn't work in a few days, I go see the GP. This last time I had a sinus infection I had to break down and see the GP and get antibiotics along with an allergy nasal spray and another allergy medication by mouth. In other words, this one was not a good one. |
