first thats usuallya sign of periodontal disease. Not a problem,. Treatments today are a lot easier than years ago. receding gums can come from avariety of factors, age, health conditions, improper brushing techniques, poor fit for toothpase in water conditions etc. Since its base dona gingivitis as a leader in causing it a visit to teh dentist is on order and it may be suggested switchng tooth pase and going through a procedure to bring teh gunmms back up. |

Right... Does receeding gums mean you will need dental implants, or is there some way they can restore the gumline? |

Hey, I have receding gums. I have tried changing my toothpastes and brush my teeth more often. It still doesn't work. I am going to curse my doctor. I really hope someone here can help me. Do you know this thing can't be reversed? |

My dentist told me to start using a water pick to clean between my teeth and gums with and to use Listerine mouth wash so I put a cap full of the mouth wash right into my water pick reservoir and wash away. I don't do it as often as I should so I don't know if it's going to help, sorry. My dentist is a very good one, though, and I would take his word for it to help my gum line problem. |

Hey, do you know something? I have find something that can keep receding gums at bay. Use dental floss after you eat. Remove all those small pieces of food that stuck in your teeth. |
