I have suffered from this for about six years and it comes and goes in severity. There have been many treatments I have tried and nothing has cured it. What have you tried, and did it help? |

I don't have this problem but my old boss was diagnosed with it. The doctor told her to wear insoles that cushioned the heel and very supportive footwear to help. I don't believe it's a curable condition from what she told me, just doing stuff to minimize flareups. |

Try to avoid walking or running on hard surfaces. Also you can try doing calf stretches and towel stretches. If you have swelling in the heel and ankle, try applying ice. |

I too have this problem, and I have found that counter to what makes sense, hard physical activity on a regular basis helps me. I have to work out on a regular basis, followed by a good stretch to keep the tendons long enough for them to not tear. |

I have no idea what is going on with me but the last few nights I have had horrible RLS *and foot* and I wear good shoes so I really do not get it. Could this be something early on that I should have checked out? |
