Interesting points there noted. I wonder if more is in this that just what we know now. It seems like every few years something new pops up and throws everything we thought we knew right out the window. |

As someone who is obese and tried several weight loss methods, I am not surprised to read that there may be more than what we eat and how much we exercise involved in weight loss. |

I wish I knew the difference between telling if I am just not working out enough or if its something medical. Not that I can tell, but I need to shave off some extra pounds if I can. |
