Subject: | Losing my voice | |
I think I am either coming down with a cold or just fully losing my voice since I use it when I work (I talk a lot also). Any quick ideas for some help? I have been sipping tea all morning and since its warm, it does help a little but not as much as I have been reading online (that it should). This has been off and on for a couple of months now and Im thinking either I talk WAY too much or something else could be going on, can you really lose your voice for life? |

Have you tried honey and lemon? Warm water with honey and lemon does help some. Another thing that will help is Mucinex. The mucus thinner helps to relieve the mucus on the vocal cords and you're able to talk much easier. You may want to rest your voice too. |
