Subject: | Leg Cramps | |
I get periodic leg cramps at night while I sleep. They will wake me up and whenever I do have them it will always be more than once that I get awakened by them. I drink water all day so I know that I'm not dehydrated and my potassium levels are good whenever I go to the Dr. What else can it be? |

I had a pinched nerve in my spine that was causing leg cramps, a few visits to the chiropractor cleared it right up for me. I was also told to eat more bananas and avocados, but I think that is potassium related, which doesn't sound like it's your problem. |

That is a good question I get chronic leg cramps because I do not drink enough water and I live in AZ. I know that vitamin deficiencies can cause them but looks like you checked that out as well. Sorry I could not help but I hope you get the information you are looking for. |

Sounds like a trapped nerve, go and see your doctor and he will find out. |

I always suffer cramps in the night, especially in colder spells of weather. My problem is related to bad circulation, but you should really go and get checked out by your doctor. |
