Subject: | Joint pain but not CP? | |
Can someone get joint pains at random? I have some spots that there is no real reason for, wrist when I am not doing something over and over again to cause carpel tunnel but I have other spots that are even less multi used and I have aches. |

You could have the beginnings of arthritis but the only way to know is to see your doctor. When you say random, do you mean the pains move from joint to joint? Or are the pains in certain joints that you don't see a reason for aching? |

You can get pains like that sometimes, it is possible. You may have overdone things and hurt the tendons, or just be suffering because of the weather! I think that there might be benign reasons behind it. |

I'll agree with Dana on this. I've gotten minor aches and pains for no apparent reason and they usually go away as mysteriously as they came. I don't worry about it unless it persists or becomes more severe. |

Weather will not cause joint pain unless there is something organically wrong with the joint. Pain is your body's way of telling you that something is wrong. |

I have had mine off and on in the same areas for awhile now myself, I guess its time to get checked out. I know its not tendon pain though which is what worries me. |

I know that pain always is a helper if something is really wrong but what about phantom pains. How can you tell the difference with those? |
