Subject: | Depressed | |
A friend of mine on Facebook mentioned she is having issues right now and might be looking towards anti depressants for help. Now I know these can help but is a pill the answer? Can someone be truly happy not being medicated? |

Of course, it's just what you put value and emphasis on any given time. I have been down and out at times when I didn't really need to be, because I preferred to be by myself and beat up on myself, but moving on happiness is definitely attainable. |

I think depression is a subject that should not be taken lightly. In some people may represent a crushed spirit for a short period but in others it may mean the loss of self-esteem involving feelings of self-destruction. Then decide the best treatment depends on each individual case, for while someone may resort to self-help and motivation others may require psychotherapy and medication. |
