Subject: Cell phones and cancer

Part of me thinks this was said to boost the sales of headphones, another part of me thinks its very well possible but I have no idea how. Can someone enlighten me?

Well its long been known that they emit a form of radio waves that may well ionise cells and damage DNA. The question has been just how much they emit-whether it is at a high enough level to cause damage.

That is why the advice to limit use. I disagree with the use of headsets as a solution because that just means irradiating your trunk instead of head.

I work in the cell phone industry as a customer service rep. I remember seeing some stuff the company put out on the subject. Apparently they exposed some poor critters to unbelievable amounts of these radio waves and they noticed an increase in the incidence of cancer. The increased risk from cell phone use is apparently very minimal.
