Subject: | Bladder problems | |
For years I seem to have to go very often. I can not make it to the grocery store down the street with out having to pee when I get in there. This has gotten worse since I had my first child 19 years ago. Does anyone know what this could be and how I could ease it some? |

I would love to know that answer too. I have a bit of a problem with this too. It seems that every time I start to do something different, or go somewhere, I always have ot make a mad dash to the restroom first. If I am watching tv and then decide to do dishes, I've got to run to the bathroom first. If I finish the dishes and it's time to get the kids ready for bed, I've got to run to the bathroom first. It is so odd but for some reason my body is programmed that anytime I change activities, I have to first use the restroom. |

Overactive bladder is what I`ve heard it called. They say doing kegel exercises helps. They can also put a sling type of thing inside you to support the bladder. I also have this prbolem and if I don`t get to a bathromm it`s very hard to hold it. |

They can also go in and stitch the bladder back where it belongs if it has dropped due to pregnancy/childbirth. My grandmother had this operation when she was older after having triplets (two of whom were huge twin boys). I've always done Kiegels so I haven't had an issue except when I've been drinking and haven't gone in awhile. |

I seem to drink a great deal and always thought that was the cause. is there really anything else that could cause it? |
