When you have an allergy that has a minimal affect how do you treat it? I have a problem with heyfever but mostly the worst affects are limited to my eyes. I don't want to take a systemic med any more. Would just drops help? |

You could also try taking Echinacea as a daily supplement. It is supposed to be good at building up your immunity to allergens. |

Kara, it might help reduce allergies but you don't build up immunity to them. You build tolerance, but you only build immunity to germs. I've started an anti-allergy eye drop, and oddly enough the small amount of nose running I have has stopped too. I guess it was because of the tear drainage. |
